RACL Geartech Limited — Board Meeting, 11-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The company has announced key board and auditor appointments. Mr. Pravir Kumar joins as an Additional Independent Director, bringing extensive government and public sector experience. Mr. Rakesh Kapoor, with deep financial and corporate sector expertise, also returns as an Additional Non-Independent Director, having served previously. Additionally, Gupta Nayar & Co. were appointed as Statutory Auditors for three years, and Rosy Jaiswal & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years. All appointments are effective from August 11, 2025, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
