Regency Ceramics' board has announced a meeting where it approved the standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 6.72 Cr, leading to a net loss of Rs 1.96 Cr for the quarter.
Regency Ceramics continues its efforts to revive operations, including refurbishing its Yanam plant and commencing glazed vitrified tile manufacturing through a new arrangement in Andhra Pradesh. Despite accumulated losses of Rs 88.49 Cr, the company is preparing financials on a "going concern" basis, backed by these new business activities. It also received a significant income tax refund of Rs 3.15 Cr this quarter.
