HLE Glascoat has announced its Q1 FY26 consolidated financial results. Revenue from operations saw a strong surge, reaching ₹283.95 Cr from ₹227.07 Cr last year. Net profit also significantly jumped to ₹17.87 Cr compared to ₹5.42 Cr, with basic EPS at ₹2.62. On the strategic front, the company's subsidiary, Thaletec GmbH, recently acquired 100% of HLE Surface Technologies GmbH, expanding its global presence. The final NCLT order for the proposed Kinam Enterprise amalgamation is still awaited.
