Keltech Energies held its 48th Annual General Meeting, where shareholders approved the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. A final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share was sanctioned, totaling Rs. 0.15 Cr. Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of certain directors and the appointment of new independent directors for five-year terms. Additionally, the appointments of the cost auditor for FY2025-26 and secretarial auditors for five years were endorsed. Managerial remuneration for the Managing Director and Executive Director was also approved. All proposals put forth at the AGM received shareholder consent.
