AION-TECH Solutions' board has approved the financial results for the quarter. Standalone Profit After Tax surged to 10.58 Cr, largely due to a 13.69 Cr gain from a land sale. Consolidated Profit After Tax was 5.94 Cr, despite operational losses, also benefiting from the land sale. The company appointed Ms. P Mounika Reddy as an Additional Independent Woman Director, adding extensive leadership and strategic expertise to the board. Further, AION-TECH acquired a majority stake in ETO Motors, significantly expanding into the EV mobility sector, and is developing a SaaS product for zero-emission fleet management.
