Exicom Tele-Systems has released its Q1 financial results. The company reported a consolidated revenue of ₹995.65 Cr and a consolidated net loss of ₹109.02 Cr for the quarter. Standalone revenue was ₹830.03 Cr with a net loss of ₹82.85 Cr. The Board has approved extending the timeline for utilizing its unspent IPO proceeds of ₹108.18 Cr until March 31, 2026. This extension is for ongoing optimization work at the Hyderabad plant and R&D initiatives aligned with new EV product rollouts. M/s MZ & Associates have also been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years.
