SOM Distilleries has announced a board meeting approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 884.55 crore, with a profit of Rs 42.06 crore. The board re-appointed Mr. Nakul Kam Sethi as Whole-time Director and appointed M/s N.K. Jain & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years. The company also confirmed no deviation in utilizing the Rs 22.40 crore raised from a preferential issue for working capital, operational expenses, and general corporate purposes.
