Manali Petrochemicals Limited — Others, 11-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Manali Petrochemicals has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company's 39th Annual General Meeting is set for September 16, 2025, where shareholders will vote on the dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share. New auditors, Mr. L Thriyambak as Cost Auditor and M/s B. Chandra & Associates as Secretarial Auditors, were appointed. An independent director, Mr. Niranjhan Madras Srinivasan, has resigned. A proposal concerning non-executive director remuneration will now be put to vote at the AGM.
