Ashoka Buildcon's board has approved key measures for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The consolidated financial results show revenue from operations at ₹1,887.07 Cr and profit after tax for owners at ₹217.39 Cr, with an EPS of ₹7.74. The Board also increased the Commercial Paper issuance limit from ₹200 Cr to ₹300 Cr, aiming for fundraising flexibility. These CPs will be listed on BSE/NSE with a maximum tenure of 364 days, subject to market conditions. The company is also progressing with divestment of its stakes in several BOT/HAM road project subsidiaries.
