Cello World Limited — Board Meeting, 11-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Cello World has announced a board meeting on August 11, 2025. The Board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting consolidated revenue of ₹529.01 Cr and profit after tax of ₹80.65 Cr.

Crucial leadership re-appointments were also approved, pending shareholder endorsement: Pradeep G. Rathod as Chairman & MD, Pankaj G. Rathod & Gaurav P. Rathod as Joint MDs, and Gagandeep S. Chhina as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.

The Composite Scheme of Arrangement is progressing to NCLT. Furthermore, the company confirmed its ₹738 Cr QIP funds are being utilized as planned.
