Emkay Global Financial Services Limited — Others, 11-08-2025: Change in Auditors

At its 31st Annual General Meeting, Emkay Global Financial Services shareholders approved the audited financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. A dividend of Rs. 4 per equity share (40% of face value) was also approved. Shareholders re-appointed Mr. S. K. Saboo as Director and extended the terms of Mr. Krishna Kumar Karwa and Mr. Prakash Kacholia as Managing Directors for another three years starting October 1, 2025. The alteration of Articles of Association and the appointment of M/s. Parikh & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years were also approved. This indicates stability in leadership and a direct return to shareholders.
