The company is setting up Titagarh Naval Systems Private Limited (TNSPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary, to which it plans to transfer its Shipbuilding and Maritime Systems (SMS) business. This move aims to sharpen focus on core rail systems, unlock SMS potential, and attract strategic investors. The board also initiated exploring growth strategies for its Defence and Bridges (DB) business, including potential joint ventures. For the quarter, consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs 679.30 Cr, with profit after tax at Rs 30.94 Cr. The 28th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 15, 2025.
