Manorama Industries Ltd: An internal reshuffle in promoter shareholding occurred on August 5. Mr. Ashish Ramesh Saraf (an immediate relative of the promoter group) received 23.85 lakh shares (4% voting rights) as a gift from Mr. Shrey Ashish Saraf and Mr. Agastya Saraf, both existing members of the promoter group. Importantly, this off-market transfer means the total promoter and promoter group shareholding remains constant at 54.41%. This is a family-level re-arrangement of shares, not a dilution or new investment from outside.
