Belrise Industries (BELRISE) announced strong Q1 FY26 consolidated results! Revenue jumped to ₹2,262.21 Cr from ₹1,780.97 Cr year-on-year, with profit reaching ₹111.68 Cr compared to ₹71.56 Cr. EPS stands at ₹1.50. The Board approved a new wholly-owned subsidiary in India and re-appointed Mrs. Supriya Shrikant Badve as Whole Time Director for five years. Key auditor appointments were also made. They also gave the nod to certain related party transactions and executive remuneration, plus revised directors' sitting fees. The Annual General Meeting is set for September 23, 2025, with August 22, 2025, as the record date for any dividend, if declared.
