Alldigi Tech completed a transformative year, becoming a Digitide Solutions subsidiary and integrating new facilities in Manila & Chennai. The company re-segmented its business as Business Process Management (BPM) and Technology & Digital (T&D), focusing on AI-enabled offerings. FY25 saw strong financials: Revenue rose 16.4% to Rs. 546.3 Cr, EBITDA increased 12.1% to Rs. 129 Cr, and PAT surged 30.2% to Rs. 83 Cr. International business share grew to 63%. A Rs. 30 per share interim dividend was declared. Increased sales & marketing spend (Rs. 7 Cr to Rs. 19 Cr) linked to 50% higher contract bookings, driving future growth.
