Bigbloc Construction Limited — Important, 12-08-2025: Updates

Bigbloc Construction's Q1 FY26 revenue grew 9.3% YoY to Rs. 56.4 Cr, fueled by a 25.3% increase in AAC blocks sales volume. However, EBITDA sharply declined 86.6% YoY to Rs. 1.3 Cr, with margins at 2.3%. This was impacted by softer pricing, seasonal demand moderation, and lower capacity utilization (53%). Management expects improved performance from Q2 FY26 as demand normalizes, utilization rises, and new construction chemical lines at Umargaon commence. AAC wall panel production is also ramping up. The company acquired land in Madhya Pradesh for future AAC blocks expansion.
