Indo Tech Transformers Limited — Others, 12-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Indo Tech Transformers Limited held its 33rd Annual General Meeting where shareholders approved several key resolutions. These included adopting the audited financial statements for FY25 and re-appointing Mr. Sudheer Vennam as Director.
