Bigbloc Construction's Q1 FY26 revenue hit Rs 56.4 Cr, up 9.3% YoY, fueled by 25.3% higher sales volumes (1,67,835 CBM). However, profitability saw a sharp decline, with EBITDA at Rs 1.3 Cr (2.3% margin) and a net loss of Rs 5.0 Cr. This was largely due to lower average realisations, seasonal demand slowdown, and softer real estate market conditions. Consolidated capacity utilization was 53%. Management anticipates improved performance from Q2 FY26 as construction activity picks up, demand normalises, and new construction chemical product lines commence operations.
