A significant development is the successful amalgamation of Ind Swift Limited, which became effective on August 8, 2025. Following the merger, 14.20 lakh, 1% Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs 100 each were allotted to former Ind Swift Ltd shareholders, with future redemption approved. The company also highlighted past conversion of 15.32 lakh warrants into equity shares and strategic asset sales totalling over Rs 55 crore.
