Aurobindo Pharma has announced its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 10, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. IST via Video Conferencing. The company will circulate the AGM notice and Annual Report to shareholders. For the purpose of the AGM, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 8 to September 10, 2025, inclusive. This closure temporarily affects share transfers.
