Aster DM Healthcare has announced its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on September 04, 2025, at 11:30 AM IST, in line with regulatory guidelines for online meetings. Electronic copies of the AGM notice and annual report for FY 2024-25 have been sent to shareholders. The cut-off date for both voting eligibility and dividend entitlement is August 28, 2025. Shareholders can remote e-vote from September 01, 2025, to September 03, 2025 (until 5:00 PM IST). The Board has put forth a final dividend of INR 1 per equity share for FY 2024-25, which will be remitted after tax if approved by shareholders at the AGM.
