The board also re-appointed Mr. Nakul Kam Sethi as Whole-time Director, subject to shareholder approval, ensuring management continuity. Additionally, the company confirmed no deviation in the utilization of Rs 22.40 crore raised from a preferential issue, used for working capital, operational expenditure, and general corporate purposes as planned.
