Shah Metacorp Limited — Others, 12-08-2025: Appointment

Shah Metacorp's board has approved the financial results for the quarter. Following input from the Audit Committee, M/s. R J & Associates were appointed as Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved increasing the Authorized Share Capital from 110 Cr to 130 Cr, pending shareholder approval.
