Finolex Cables Limited — Board Meeting, 12-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Finolex Cables' board approved the financial results for the quarter. Consolidated revenue from operations increased to Rs. 1,449.64 Cr from Rs. 1,230.48 Cr year-on-year. However, consolidated Net Profit After Tax declined to Rs. 174.21 Cr compared to Rs. 252.37 Cr in the same period last year. The company noted a slight delay in its Preform Facility expansion, now anticipated to be operational by Q4 of this fiscal.
