Indian Terrain Fashions Limited — Board Meeting, 12-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Indian Terrain Fashions' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of ₹68.78 Cr and a net loss of ₹6.19 Cr. This marks an improvement from the ₹15.27 Cr loss in the same quarter last year.

The board also approved the draft Annual Report for FY25. The 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is tentatively set for September 29, 2025, with September 22, 2025, as the cut-off and record date.

Key re-appointments include Mrs. Rama Rajagopal as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Mrs. Nidhi Reddy as an Independent Director for a second term. Additionally, new Secretarial and Internal Auditors were appointed.
