Simmonds Marshall Limited's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Standalone revenue was ₹49.75 Cr with a profit of ₹2.06 Cr, and consolidated revenue reached ₹53.50 Cr with a profit of ₹2.24 Cr. The company also confirmed the appointment of Joshi Apte & Associates as Cost Auditors and GMJ & Associates as Secretarial Auditors. Furthermore, the re-appointment of Mr. Navroze Marshall as Chairman & Managing Director and Mr. Imran Panju as Whole-Time Director for a further three-year term, effective April 1, 2026, received board affirmation.
