Samor Reality Ltd — Updates, 12-08-2025: Company Update

Samor Reality Limited has released its unaudited financial results for the first quarter. The company reported a loss of ₹0.15 Cr after tax, compared to a profit of ₹0.16 Cr in the same quarter last year. Total comprehensive income, however, stood at ₹5.51 Cr, up from ₹2.09 Cr previously. Earnings per share were ₹-0.07. These results, indicating a shift from profit to loss, were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board.
