Kalyan Capitals' board met and approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at 8.83 Cr, with profit at 2.42 Cr and EPS of Rs 0.46. Standalone revenue was 5.38 Cr, profit 0.51 Cr, and EPS Rs 0.10. The board also noted CEO Chandan Kumar Bhardwaj's resignation, effective August 31.
