Persistent Systems announced a significant leadership change. Ms. Dhanashree Bhat has stepped down as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Jaideep Dhok, an SVP with over 23 years of experience, including 14 years at Persistent, has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer – Technology. Mr. Dhok, known for driving transformations and leading the BFSI and APAC segments, will now also oversee delivery excellence, talent management, and alliances.
