Clean Science and Technology Limited has announced its 22nd Annual General Meeting alongside the Annual Report for FY24-25. For the year, standalone revenue climbed to ₹922.3 Cr, with profit after tax at ₹292.3 Cr. The Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹4 per share, resulting in a total dividend payout of ₹63.76 Cr for FY24-25. The company invested ₹214.9 Cr in its subsidiary Clean Fino-Chem, where new HALS and DHDT blocks are now fully operational, generating approximately ₹45 Cr in revenue and strengthening the portfolio. An additional ₹50 Cr investment was made in Clean Fino-Chem post-year-end.
