Indo-National Ltd. has announced its board meeting outcomes for Q1 FY25. Standalone PBT jumped 60% year-over-year to Rs. 1.74 Cr, with revenue from operations at Rs. 119.44 Cr. The Board approved the re-appointment of P. Dwaraknath Reddy as MD and Aditya Reddy as Joint MD for five years, and appointed BLN Prasad as an Additional Director, all subject to shareholder approval. Significant investments of Rs. 3.54 Cr in Medcuore Medical Solutions and Rs. 8.50 Cr in Axial Aero were made. The company also noted shareholder approval for its amalgamation scheme and continued appeal in the CCI penalty case.
