Genus Paper & Boards' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations reached Rs. 255.45 Cr, with a profit after tax of Rs. 2.74 Cr and EPS of Rs. 0.11.

In a key leadership move, the company appointed Mr. Sanjay Kumar Agarwal, who serves as the current CFO with over 24 years of finance experience, as an Executive Whole-Time Director for a three-year term, subject to shareholder approval.
