Setco Automotive's board has approved its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a total income of Rs 180.11 Cr and a net loss of Rs 42.23 Cr for the quarter. Basic EPS stood at Rs (2.61).
The board also announced the 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 25, 2025. Shareholders will vote on the re-appointment of Sharp & Tannan Associates as statutory auditors and the appointment of Shravan A. Gupta & Associates as secretarial auditors, both for a five-year term.
