Shriram Properties Limited — Board Meeting, 12-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Shriram Properties' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹242.32 Cr, with total income at ₹261.54 Cr. The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹20.59 Cr for the quarter, with EPS at ₹1.21.

The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Akshay Murali as Vice President - Business Development. Furthermore, the Shriram Properties – Employees Stock Option Plan, 2025 (ESOP 2025) was formulated and adopted, aimed at employee incentives, subject to shareholder approval.
