SNL Bearings has announced its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on September 11, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. Shareholders can participate and vote electronically. The board has proposed a dividend of Rs. 8.00 per Equity Share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. If approved, this dividend will be paid by October 10, 2025, to eligible shareholders as of the September 04, 2025 record date. Additionally, a special window is open until January 06, 2026, for re-lodging physical share transfer requests rejected before April 01, 2019, encouraging dematerialization.
