Arihant Superstructures' board has met, approving its financial results for the quarter. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹120.96 Cr with profit after tax of ₹15.91 Cr. Standalone figures were ₹7.46 Cr revenue and ₹0.06 Cr PAT. The board appointed Mr. Udit Kasera as the new Chief Financial Officer, a seasoned finance professional. They also approved N.L. Bhatia & Associates as the new Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for September. Notably, 20.9 lakh new equity shares were allotted through warrant conversions at ₹180.071 per share, raising capital for the company.
