Amrutanjan Health Care Limited — Board Meeting, 12-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Amrutanjan Health Care's Board has approved its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations rose to INR 94.05 Cr from INR 83.74 Cr in the year-ago quarter, with Profit After Tax (PAT) increasing to INR 8.31 Cr from INR 4.62 Cr. The Board also appointed M/s. SPNP & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years (subject to shareholder approval). The 88th Annual General Meeting will be held on September 23, 2025, via video conference. September 16, 2025, is set as the record date for both AGM voting and final dividend payment eligibility.
