Weizmann Limited has announced a board meeting where its Board approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a net profit of Rs 1.20 crore on revenue from operations of Rs 29.99 crore.

Following input from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Suryanarayanarao Narendra as an Additional and Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, pending shareholder approval. He brings over 30 years of experience in housing finance. The Audit Committee was also reconstituted, with Mr. Narendra set to chair it after the current Chairman's term concludes at the upcoming AGM.
