The company's board has approved the financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025, along with the Annual Report for the fiscal year 2024-25. The 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 26, 2025, via video conferencing. For the purpose of the AGM, the Register of Members and share transfer books will be closed from September 19, 2025, to September 26, 2025. An independent scrutinizer has also been appointed for the remote e-voting process for the AGM.
