TREJHARA SOLUTIONS LIMITED — Board Meeting, 12-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Trejhara Solutions' board, in its meeting, approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations rose to Rs 8.65 Cr from Rs 6.05 Cr YoY. However, consolidated profit after tax dipped to Rs 0.67 Cr from Rs 0.91 Cr in the same period last year, impacting EPS at Rs 0.46. The company also provided an update on its amalgamation scheme with LP Logistics, previously approved by shareholders, which is now awaiting final approval from the NCLT.
