Balurghat Technologies has announced its 31st Annual General Meeting for September 10, 2025, to adopt the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. For FY25, the company achieved a total turnover of Rs. 87.01 Cr and a profit after tax of Rs. 2.11 Cr. Shareholders will vote on the re-appointment of Managing Director Mr. Pawan Kumar Sethia and Whole-Time Director Mr. Ravikant Sethia. Proposed remuneration revisions for Messrs. Pawan Kumar Sethia, Ravikant Sethia, Arun Kumar Sethia, and COO Mr. Apurv Sethia (salary adjusting to Rs. 3 lakh monthly) are also on the agenda. A new Secretarial Auditor will also be considered for a five-year term.
