HCC shareholders have approved the appointment of Mr. Arjun Dhawan as Vice Chairman & Managing Director for five years, effective June 26, 2025. Mr. Dhawan, son-in-law of the Chairman, has been pivotal in the company's transformation. As Group CEO, he led HCC to its highest-ever turnover and profitability, securing nearly 10,000 Cr in new orders. He also successfully executed complex debt restructuring and capital raises totaling over 6,000 Cr, improving liquidity and reducing group debt. His leadership re-established core EPC operations and built stakeholder trust.
