Nykaa kicked off FY26 with robust performance. Consolidated GMV jumped 26% YoY to Rs. 4,182 Cr, while Revenue grew 23% to Rs. 2,155 Cr. Profitability surged, with Net Profit up 79% YoY to Rs. 24 Cr and EBITDA up 46% to Rs. 141 Cr. The beauty vertical saw 26% GMV growth, expanding offline to 250 stores. Fashion GMV also grew 25%. Nykaa acquired the remaining 40% stake in Nudge Wellness for Rs. 0.14 Cr, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary to bolster its wellness presence.
