Arihant Superstructures' board has approved the financial results for the quarter. Consolidated Revenue stood at ₹120.96 Cr with Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹15.91 Cr. Standalone figures showed Revenue of ₹7.46 Cr and PAT of ₹0.06 Cr. The company appointed Mr. Udit Kasera as its new Chief Financial Officer, a finance professional with 15+ years of experience. Additionally, 2.09 million new equity shares were allotted via warrant conversion, bringing in approximately ₹37.64 Cr. N. L. Bhatia & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
