Ujaas Energy has announced that its board approved the standalone financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. The board also decided to dissolve the Implementation and Management Committee, pending NCLT acceptance. Crucially, the scope of the existing Management Committee has been significantly expanded. This committee now has broader authority for key operational and financial decisions, including borrowing funds, strategic investments, entering joint ventures, and managing day-to-day business operations.
