TREJHARA SOLUTIONS LIMITED — Board Meeting, 12-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Trejhara Solutions has announced a board meeting where key decisions were made. The board approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting revenue from operations of Rs. 8.65 Cr and a profit after tax of Rs. 0.67 Cr.

Additionally, Chokshi & Chokshi LLP was approved as the Statutory Auditor for a four-year term, and Mr. Tushar Ranpara was re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, following assessment by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Shareholders' approval is pending for both appointments. The ongoing merger with LP Logistics is awaiting NCLT approval.
