Nahar Industrial Enterprises Limited — Board Meeting, 12-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Nahar Industrial Enterprises has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated Net Profit surged to ₹4.09 Cr, a significant jump from ₹0.78 Cr in the same quarter last year, on total income of ₹402.65 Cr (up from ₹360.86 Cr).

The board also re-appointed Mr. Abhinav Oswal as Executive Director and three Independent Directors (Dr. Manisha Gupta, Dr. Roshan Lal Behl, and Mr. Parvinder Singh Pruthi) for five-year terms, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, the company formed a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Logipark Kolkata Private Limited. The 41st Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 29, 2025.
