Maan Aluminium has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations stood at ₹211.19 Cr, with a net profit of ₹2.73 Cr. The company noted the resignation of Mr. Sandeep Kumar Agarwal as CFO and appointed Mr. Umesh Chandra Pant as the new Chief Financial Officer, following input from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on September 23, 2025.
