Integra Essentia Limited — Board Meeting, 12-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Integra Essentia's Board has approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations stood at ₹78.73 Cr, with a profit of ₹0.54 Cr. While profit rebounded from a loss last quarter, it's lower year-on-year. This YoY change is partly due to the divestment of an associate in FY25, which impacts comparability.
