Ugar Sugar Works' Q1 FY26 financial results are out. Revenue grew 5.5% YoY to ₹363.88 Cr, though it saw a sharp QoQ decline. The company posted a net loss of ₹13.73 Cr, widening from ₹11.83 Cr last year. Industrial Alcohol remains the strong performer, contributing ₹219.75 Cr in revenue and ₹17.50 Cr in segmental profit. Sugar and Co-generation segments, however, recorded losses. Important for investors: The sugar business is seasonal, so these quarterly figures don't indicate full-year performance.
